Home Country: Originally from Russia, I have been living in Israel for four years.

Education: B.A in English and German Linguistics

Why am I studying at the HCGES: My connection to Germany began during my B.A. It was deepened while working and studying in Germany for one year, an invaluable experience that eventually led me to study at the HCGES. Also, I am interested in pursuing a professional career in the field of International Relations. I believe the HCGES will allow me to acquire essential knowledge about Germany and Europe and their connection to the Middle East.

Intend Academic Focus: EU-Germany-Middle East relations; Germany’s role in international institutions.

Past and Current Work Experience: Freelance translator at feever.com; English language teacher (“Amazy Education” Platform-                                        school of foreign languages, “Lingua Studio” Private school of foreign languages, Bor, Russia); Trainee teacher for the German                                          language (Lobachevsky State University, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia); Service sales agent at Rostelecom Inc.
