Tamar Kojman

Tamar Kojman is a cultural and intellectual historian who specializes in modern German and German-Jewish history. Her research explores national identity, religious tensions, secularization, and gender. Her current project examines German and German-Jewish activists of progressive education in the German lands, the US, and the Zionist Yishuv. Tamar is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Program for Jewish Studies, the Humanities, and Hermeneutics and Cultural Studies at Bar-Ilan University.
